We hosted our annual Corporate Members Challenge last Friday and what a great day it was! This event was in support of St Laurence's Children's Haven who offer abused, neglected, and abandoned children love and care in a secure and loving environment. 

Eagle Canyon was excited to be able to once again host our annual Resident Trick or Treat event after a break due to Covid-19 regulations. Children and parents took to the streets and it was stunning to see how many adults dressed up for the occasion. Golf carts and homes were lavishly (and scarily) decorated and much fun was had by all. This event was proudly sponsored by Propvest Real Estate.

The Eagle Canyon Home Owners Association annual charity golf day was held on 8 October 2022. Not only were funds raised for a good cause, but much fun and laughter was had by all.  Click here to read more and see all the photos of the day. 

Concern has been raised regarding the rise of teenage drug usage. 

Our Security Department in conjunction with Service Provider Bidvest and Narcotics Anonymous Joburg a drug awareness talk centering around what parents should look out for and how to discuss this sensitive topic with your children. 

The first Friday Draw Night of 2021 was held at Coppa on Friday 9 April, sponsored by Danie Barnard of RE/MAX 2000. Save the date for the next event of 2021 - Friday 7 May. Join in the Community spirit. Lots of lucky prizes to be won. The main cash prize is open to Residents and Golf Members, but you need to be in attendance. 

The 16th annual Club Championships was hosted the 13 and 14 March. With 132 players, this believed to have been the biggest field we have had. The Course was in great condition, thanks to the hard work of all teams involved leading up to the event. 

The first blood drive of 2021 was held March 3 at the Clubhouse. sponsored by  Martje Hellberg of Eagle Canyon Property Sales & Rentals Save the date: Wednesday 28 April, Time 14h00 to 19h00 at the clubhouse. 

Our Residents have been encouraged to decorate their homes in the spirit of the season. Here are some of the amazing sidewalk displays for all to enjoy. Congratulations to our seven winners. We hope you enjoy your prizes courtesy of our Clubhouse Sponsors: The Golf Course, Eagle Canyon Gym, Play Mania, MRN Laundry and BDGA.

It's that time of the year! The Clubhouse and Jessica's hosted the annual Christmas Market with plenty of goodies and seasonal products.

Father Christmas and Chas Bear visited Eagle Canyon Clubhouse on Saturday 28 November. The event, sponsored by Roz Everitt and Zelda Reyneke of Chas Everitt, saw children of the Estate spending time with Father Christmas and the dancing Chas Bear. Each child was also gifted with a special Christmas mask (Covid-19 compliant) . Residents were encouraged to donate toiletries to the chosen charity, "It's Not About Me", and we thank all of those involved. The joy on the children's faces as they chatted to Father Christmas was a pleasure to see. 

The first Night Run series was held at Eagle Canyon on Thursday 19 November. This In-Reach event, sponsored by Lance Heroldt and Matt De Beer of RE/MAX Masters, is a fun experience for family and friends that takes you over the Golf Course in either a 5km or 10km event. 

The annual Pink Drive was held in the carpark of the Eagle Canyon Country Club on Monday 9 November. This event, sponsored by Linda Nunes of Pam Golding Properties not only assists in Residents and Staff having easy access to life-preserving tests and measures, but also serves as awareness. Thank you to all those who donated bras and contributed to  Cancer survivors in need. Your support is appreciated

Draw Night was held at Coppa on Friday 6 November opening with a R20 000 pot. Live music, great giveaways, and happy hour between 18h00 and 19h00 added to the fun. This was the first Draw Night hosted by new sponsor Danie Barnard of RE/MAX 2000, after the exiting sponsor James Carr of RE/MAX Masters handed over. 

Our Annual Eagle Canyon HOA Golf Day was held on Saturday 19 September 2020. Despite the effect that Covid-19 and Lockdown has had on us all and socialising, we believe that it was important to continue the tradition of this annual event that aims at raising money for our chosen charities. The morning, Members Field, saw 140 of our Golf Members (and invited guests) take to the course, with the open Field reserved for our Residents to enjoy a game of golf.
